Riding with Victory Brewing for five years gives me a million fond memories. The experiences I had and the people I met each year are irreplaceable. One of the things I want to acknowledge is that I was given the opportunity to grow as a cyclist through the five years that Victory Brewing grew as a team. My primary role on the team was as a 'domestique/worker' for some of the top riders in North America and the world. It has been my pleasure to give a 100% effort to my Victory Brewing teammates through these years and I received an equal amount in return. I have since moved on to compete with the Canadian National Team in over seas world-cups and stage races and qualified as an alternate for the World Championships team in 2006. It is my goal to continue this forward momentum with my new trade team Advil-ChapStick and with the Canadian National Team for future years. During my years as a cyclist, I also became a sports journalist. I currently work for Colavita/Sutter Home/Cooking Light Professional Team and Cyclingnews.com, writing features and reporting on the North American road racing and cyclo-cross calendar. I want to thank Victory Brewing Company for their five years of incrediable support of our team. We definitely created a family atmosphere that cannot be replaced.
